Portable

A fuel-cell system can provide long-lasting power for portable applications such as a cell phone, vacuum cleaner or laptop. Refueling can be accomplished by replacement hydrogen, propane or methanol cartridges. The cartridge for a cell phone would be about the size of a fountain pen ink cartridge and would last about 10 times as long as a battery.
